Amateur Trapshooting Association
The Amateur Trapshooting Association serves as the faithful protector of the sport of trapshooting. As the largest clay target shooting organization in the world, the ATA governs the sport's rules and regulations and seeks ways to further enhance the sport and increase participation.

Civilian Marksmanship Program
The Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) promotes firearms safety training and rifle practice for all qualified U.S. citizens with special emphasis on youth. The CMP operates through a network of affiliated shooting clubs and associations that covers every state in the U.S. The clubs and associations offer firearms safety training and marksmanship courses as well as the opportunity for continued practice and competition.

International Defensive Pistol Association
The International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) is the governing body of a shooting sport that simulates self-defense scenarios and real life encounters. It was founded in 1996 as a response to the desires of shooters worldwide. The organization now boasts membership of more than 11,000, including members in 19 foreign countries.

Michigan 3-Gun Combat
The "Combat Division" is a group that meets at the B.W.S.A. in Port Huron, Michigan, in the pursuit of fun, friendly competition and development of gun handling skills. Emphasis is placed on fun and friendly. Within the Combat Division, we also shoot pins, 3-gun competitions as well as sniper matches.

Michigan Rifle and Pistol Association
The Michigan Rifle and Pistol Association (MRPA) will strive to create a public sentiment for the individual possession of firearms by law-abiding citizens. The Association will also encourage training in the use of firearms for sport, as an essential contribution to national security, for personal defense, and as a bulwark of individual liberty.

Michigan United Conservation Clubs (MUCC)
Today, MUCC is the largest statewide conservation organization in the nation, with nearly 100,000 members and more than 500 affiliated clubs. For over sixty years, MUCC has worked to accomplish our mission of Uniting Citizens to Conserve Michigan's Natural Resources and Protect OUR Outdoor Heritage.

National Rifle Association (NRA)
While widely recognized today as a major political force and as America's foremost defender of Second Amendment rights, the NRA has, since its inception, been the premier firearms education organization in the world.

North-South Skirmish Association
The North-South Skirmish Association (N-SSA) was formed in 1950 to commemorate the heroism of the men, of both sides, who fought in the American Civil War, 1861-1865. The N-SSA promotes the shooting of Civil War firearms and artillery and encourages the preservation and display of Civil War materials.

N-SSA Northwest Territory
The Northwest Territory (NWT) is one of the 13 regions comprising the North-South Skirmish Association (N-SSA), and encompasses the state of Michigan, and northern Ohio, including the Toledo area. Members of the NWT also hail from Wisconsin, lower Canada, and Indiana.

Single Action Shooting Society
The Single Action Shooting Society is an international organization created to preserve and promote the sport of Cowboy Action Shooting.

Wolverine Rangers
We are a group of cowboy action shooters who felt the need for continuity and organization in the state of Michigan. We currently have a membership of over 275 shooters from Michigan, Ohio and Canada. We are a non-profit organization and are in our seventh year of operation. There are fourteen Cowboy Action Shooting clubs in the state that are affiliated with the Wolverine Rangers. Some of these clubs offer reduced shooting fees for Wolverine Rangers members.

American Civil War Shooting Association
The American Civil War Shooting Association (ACWSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving Civil War history through the sport of skirmishing
Annual Dues are $15 per person, providing members with insurance and association news throughout the year.
